WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?Updated 2 months ago

PROCESSING TIMES

Due to the impact of Cyclone Alfred, our Brisbane warehouse will be temporarily closed for the safety of our team.
This means that all orders placed on our website after 2PM AEST March 5th to March 9th will experience delays in processing and shipment.
We will resume normal warehouse operations on Monday, March 10th, and orders will be dispatched as soon as possible.  Same day shipping services have been temporarily disabled until warehouse operations resume.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.


  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
  • Please be aware that during sale periods, there might be delays due to high order volumes.
  • Orders made after 2 pm AEST on Monday to Friday will be shipped on the following business day. 
*Please note, transit delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather, and courier transit errors are not within our control. While we will do everything we can to assist with the resolution of this error, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
