I received the incorrect item, what should I do?Updated 4 months ago


Oh no! We are so sincerely sorry for this mishap and that we have dispatched you the incorrect item. 

We'd like to escalate this to our team and would greatly appreciate if you would please send through a photo of the garment you have received, including the original swing tag and sewn tag. 

If you wish to receive the correct item, we kindly ask that you fill out the exchange request on our returns portal (it's free! 🌸) which would be the best and most convenient way to process this. 

Exchange requests can be completed when the return request is submitted. We'll ship your exchanges once your return has been processed at our warehouse (between 3-6 business days). If you would like your exchange to ship faster, you can choose the Instant Exchange option, which will place a hold on your credit card and your order will ship out within 1 business day.

Please note, if we do not have the requested exchange item in stock, a credit will automatically be issued for the return. If a discount was used on the original purchase, the exchange will be processed for the original discount amount for each item.
