To ensure your return items make their way to us safely and are processed without delay, please package up your item safely and securely (feel free to re-use and re-seal our original shipping bag), stick the label to your return shipment using clear packing tape and drop the bag at the local AusPost.

Please note: Multiple returns are not eligible to be sent back in one parcel.If additional items are included in the return package that are not shown on your return confirmation this will delay the processing of your return.
